The rise of the Novel in Kazakh literature

As one of the most important literary genres, novel new characteristics first emerged in Kazakh literature at beginning twentieth century. However, early novels have been questioned for their short length and immaturity composition over years. In Soviet period, some scholars even suggested that works before October Revolution, such as Jamal Unfortunate, Kalyn Mal, Girls Let’s Have a Look, Beautiful Kamar Sorrowful Mariam were not real terms. response to these questions, our article attempts reinterpret prerevolutionary from perspective reveal unique artistic value. With help Ian Watt Michael Mckeon’s theories novel, re-examines terms narrative, language, thoughts, using historical inductive methods.
